Objective

The student:

· Knows the key values of nursing, ethical principles and professional ethics guidelines for nurses and midwives, as well as key legislation governing nursing
· Can act in accordance with the values and ethical principles of nursing and can assess their implementation
· Gets to know the responsibilities and tasks of nurses and midwives
· Knows what is meant by evidence-based operations in nursing
· Can search for evidence-based information in the most common health science databases
· Knows the decision-making process of customer-oriented nursing and its connection with evidence-based operations
