Objective
After completing the course the student
-masters the principles and application of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
-understands product safety requirements and the CE certification process.
-can apply continuous improvement methods.
-knowledge of industrial development and sustainability
-knows how to use metrics to analyse business principles.
-understands the different definitions of quality and their importance.
-can use auditing tools to evaluate and improve operations.
-understands the importance of traceability and how to implement it.
