Objective

BASICS OF PHARMACOTHERAPY 5 ETCS LÄPE

Objectives:

Student
• is familiar with the ethical, legal and societal basics of pharmacotherapy
• knows the basics of pharmacology and pharmacy needed in nursing work
• knows how to implement an effective, sustainable and safe pharmacotherapy process in different operating environments and knows the responsibilities and roles of different professional groups and the medicine user
• knows how use reliable sources of information in the implementation of pharmacotherapy
• is able to how to make medicine-related calculations needed in the implementation of pharmacotherapy
• can guide patients and their families in pharmacotherapy and understands the significance of commitment to treatment
• is able to assess their competence in pharmacotherapy using the Medication Passport
• learns about digital health technology applications of pharmacotherapy in nursing

Lääkehoidon alkutentti 14.10 mennessä itsenäisesti
Farmakologian testit auki 28.10-13.12, itsenäisesti
Loppukoe 5.12, uusinta sovitaan ryhmän kanssa
Lääkelaskujen koe 15.11, 22.11, 2.12, 9.12

Lääkehoito koostuu teoriaopinnoista (3 op) ja prekliinisestä luokkaharjoittelusta (2 op), yhteensä 5 op, (5x27=135h) opiskelijan työtä.
