Sisällön jaksotus

This course is intended primarily for students in the MBA in Business Management (Group YBINBK24) and secondarily for others if there are enough places available.

Tavoitteet

Opintojakson suoritettuaan opiskelija:
-ymmärtää ihmisten ja asioiden johtamisen erot (leadership ja management)
-tuntee johtamisen tärkeimmät teoriat ja osaa soveltaa niitä omassa työssään johtajana
-ymmärtää yksilöllisiä eroja ja osaa ottaa ne huomioon ihmisten johtamisessa
-tietää, koska johtamista (leadership) ei tarvita
-osaa johtaa yksilöitä ja tiimejä tehokkaasti ja eettisesti
-osaa johtaa itseään
-tuntee omat kehittymistarpeensa johtajana ja on tehnyt suunnitelman, kuinka kehittää itseään johtajana
