Ammattiharjoittelun voi suorittaa 2. vuoden opintojen jälkeen.

Ammattiharjoittelun tavoitteet:
- Opiskelija pystyy toimimaan ammattialaansa vastaavissa työtehtävissä ja kykenee työyhteisön jäsenenä syventämään ja kehittämään omaa ammatillista asiantuntijuuttaan
- Opiskelija harjaantuu sellaisen kaltaisissa tehtävissä, joihin hän haluaa sijoittua valmistumisen jälkeen
- Opiskelijan ammatti-identitetti kehittyy
- Itsevarmuus ja kyky toimia työyhteisössä oman alan tehtävissä paranee
- Raportointitaidot harjaantuvat
- Sosiaalinen verkosto ammattialalla kasvaa
- Ammattialan kulttuuri tulee tutuksi

Objective

After completing the course students can:
- find a workplace within their competence area
- complete work assignments connected to the relevant competence area both alone and as a member of a group
- plan their workload and assignments
- describe the employer organization’s leadership systems, external and internal communication, and development of personnel
- evaluate the results of the work placement period.

Content

Getting familiar with a profession and work assignments within the student’s own competence area.
It is possible to complete several work placement periods after each other in the same workplace. The minimum total extent of practice included in the B.Eng. degree is 30 cr.

Harjoittelu on hyväksytty, kun opiskelija on työskennellyt vähintään 35 täyttä työpäivää (270 h) ja toimittanut vaaditut dokumentit.
