Opiskelijat toteuttavat kehitysprojektin, jossa hyödynnetään palvelumuotoilun sekä muiden yhteistoiminnallisia keinoja käyttävien menetelmien keinoja. Opetuksessa tutkitaan ja raportoidaan visuaalisesti ja kirjallisesti kehitystyön havaintoja ja tuloksia.

Opintojaksolla on lähiopetusta, työpajaopetusta, purku- ja palautekeskusteluja sekä pienryhmien itsenäistä työtä.

Jakson työmäärä ja opetus ajoittuu keväälle 2025.
Lähiopetuspäivät täsmentyvät kehitystehtävän määrittämisen jälkeen tammi-helmikuussa 2025.

Opintojakso toteutetaan osana Revive-hanketta ja tuotokset jaetaan hankkeen kehitystyössä.

Objective

After completing the course, the student is able to

• use service design methods and tools in the development of ideas and concepts and in the creation of service ideas
• model, test, analyze and demonstrate service ideas through prototypes
• apply the principles of sustainable development in service development.
• develop their own service design expertise in a goal-oriented manner.

Content

The students carry out a development project that utilises the means of service design and other methods that use collaborative means. During the course, the observations and results of development work are studied and reported.
The course can be implemented entirely or as part of RDI work or in multidisciplinary cooperation with actors in working life.
