Upon completing the course, the student will be able to:
• Understand the key concepts, markets, and actors of sports business and comprehend the significance of sports as a business.
• Evaluate the economic impacts of sports on society.
• Identify and describe unique characteristics of sports as an industry.
• Understand the basics of sports marketing and sales.
• Be familiar with trends in the sports business.
