After completing the course, the student will:
Masters the specific features of managing the digitalization change of services personal health archives, self-measurement digitalization of mobile social and health services delivered to the home.

After completing the course, the student is able to:
· Manages the peculiarities of managing the digitalisation of services
· Manages the special features of digitalisation that enhance customer involvement
· Manages the conditions / characteristics of digital client encounters

· Digital monitoring / verification of social and health services delivery
· Virtual Reception and Home Hospital
· Virtual health promotion and health monitoring · digital client encounters
· Multidisciplinary security services such as supporting elderly people at home
· Digitalisation of customer involvement: such as; personal health records, self-assessment
· Digitalisation of mobile social and health services for home use

The student has the opportunity to credit the course with a corresponding course of study.
The student has the opportunity to credit the course with knowledge and experience in the subject area. The method of crediting is agreed with the teacher before the start of the course.
Student workload
Contact teaching sessions, including a health technology fair event (12 h)
The course includes one written group assignment (40 h)
The course includes an individual exam (60 h)
The course includes independent information search and work as well as small group work (23 h)
Contact teaching sessions are mandatory. The absence of a teaching session will be compensated by a replacement assignment, which will be agreed separately with the teachers after each teaching session.
The course consists of 5 credits, 135 hours.
