PROJECT TRAINING IN NURSING 5 ETCS PROHA
Objectives

In the project training,

the student
· practises project-based development activities related to nursing
· plans, implements and reports on a project that develops nursing or enriches nursing in cooperation with working life, the project or the UAS business
· the project training may also be combined with a traineeship by combining it with another clinical practice period or project

Entrepreneurial competence
Student
· completes their clinical practice in a company, a social enterprise or business of a university of applied sciences or other operating environment that meets the characteristics of business activities
· learns about the principles of business operations and their implementation, ensuring profitability and managing customer relationships
· learns about the laws, permit procedures and instructions governing business operations
· familiarises themselves with business communications and marketing
· learns the employer's and employee's obligations and rights
· understands the factors of success in business, continuous development and innovation

· Project characteristics and theory of project implementation
· Project plan, implementation and reporting
· Practical application of management theory
· Cooperation and teamwork skills
· Practical application of the theory of quality management and quality development
· Criteria for nursing expertise and the path towards expertise
· Internal entrepreneurship
· Basic knowledge of business activities, different companies and company forms
· Marketing, communication and branding
· Labour legislation and collective agreements.

The content varies depending on the place of clinical practice and the objectives of the course.

Student workload

Kokonaistuntimäärä on 135h - 6h (sis. perehdytys 2h, palaute 2h, Jobiili/ CV päivitys 2h)= 129h ohjatussa harjoittelussa.
Kliininen oppimistehtävä sisältyy tuntimäärään, oppimistehtävä löytyy Itsistä.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

Hyväksytty suoritus edellyttää:

Ennen jakson alkua:
CV:n laatiminen ja pitäminen aktiivisena harjoittelujakson loppuun asti, perehdytystunnille osallistuminen

Jakson aikana:
Läsnäolo osastolla/projektissa, tuntimäärän täyttyminen
Tavoitteiden laatiminen ja tavoitekeskustelu ohjaajan sekä opettajan kanssa Sun Harkassa, välikeskustelu ja itsearviointi ohjaajan sekä opettajan kanssa Sun Harkassa,
loppuarviointi ja itsearvioinnin tekeminen ohjaajan ja opettajan kanssa Sun Harkassa.
Oppimistehtävän tekminen ja hyväksyminen.
Työvuoron hyväksyttäminen ohjaajalla, tuntimäärän täyttyminen.

Jakson jälkeen:
Palautetunnille osallistuminen.
Oppimistehtävän palauttaminen
