Osaamistavoitteet

Student
- learns the basics of project work and project work skills in social and/or health care assignments
- learns to work in a multidisciplinary group and gets to know students from other degree programmes in the field of expertise and creates networks necessary in working life
- learns the basics of oral health care professionalism and entrepreneurship in clinical practice
- learns to work safely in different environments
- is able to include the collection of thesis data in his/her practical training, if necessary
- is able to critically evaluate his/her own work, especially from the perspective of quality
- is able to use the ethical values and principles of oral health nursing as well as the principles of sustainable development and economic activities in oral health care
- is able to develop a customer-oriented, result-oriented, effective and encouraging approach and its development in their work community
- knows the basics of oral health care management and supervisory work
