Although you complete this course completely independently, “Leading virtual teams” course offers you an experience of working virtually in multicultural and interdisciplinary teams!

You will proceed through 4 team development stages (IMGD) using an interactive virtual guide published in Thinglink.
To show your learning you have to complete a test after each stage in ITSlearning environment

The course is available on the itslearning online learning environment, where you will complete assignments independently, according to your own schedule. The course materials are available until 31 JULY.

Learning takes place in an e-learning environment through self-learning. Students work independently, regardless of time and place.

Although you complete this course completely independently, “Leading virtual teams” course offers you an experience of working virtually in multicultural and interdisciplinary teams!

You will proceed through 4 team development stages (IMGD) using an interactive virtual guide published in Thinglink.
The guide will
- introduce you team leader´s and members´ experiences through a case study
- share knowledge on theories related to the virtual teams (asynchronous video lectures)
- offer you tools for working virtually
- challenge you with further readings (8 scientific articles)

To show your learning you have to complete a test after each stage in ITSlearning. environment (4 tests)
