-recognizes the unique dynamics of a virtual team

- introduce you team leader´s and members´ experiences through a case study
- share knowledge on theories related to the virtual teams (asynchronous video lectures)
- offer you tools for working virtually
- challenge you with further readings (8 scientific articles)
