Upon successful completion of this course the students will be able to:
- Gain a deep understanding of how product development (nature, elements, benefits, challenges and processes) takes place in new digital businesses.
- Explain and analyze the main financial aspects related with product development and early-stage digital startups.
- Analyze how innovation and design-thinking processes can be applied in product development in the context of new digital businesses.
- Assess the different competencies and mindset needed for entrepreneurs in product development in new digital businesses.
- Apply novel technologies in the product development processes in new digital businesses.
