Student can:
- Recognize how product development and R&D processes and activities are related to company´s business

- Explain product development processes´ phases and content

- Utilize different tools to enhance and facilitate creativity and development

- Lead and manage basic R&D projects

- Apply knowledge sourcing as supporting R&D activities

- Build up appropriate development team and utilize team work in development projects

- Document and report development activities and results
