Objective

After completing the course, the student is able to

· act in a self-directed and goal-oriented manner in order to achieve the objectives of development activities
· set their own professional and expertise development goals and reflect on their achievement
· utilise knowledge and methods from different fields as well as professional networks for problem solving and developing working methods or content in their own field
· act responsibly and ethically in development work, research-based information gathering and reporting on these
· act constructively and collaboratively in relation to the working group, working life partners and networks
· communicate their development activities and their results to partners and networks in appropriate ways at different stages

• working methods, content, services, etc. in the field. development and/or research or writing an artistic/production or other practical thesis
• reporting on the production of the thesis and its work process, development activities or research in a written thesis report
• presenting your own thesis and giving feedback on another student's thesis
• maturity test
