Objective

After completing the course, the student is able to

- identify the significance of good teamwork practices in study and working life and are able to evaluate their own actions in relation to them
- explain the impact of differences between people on team activities
- list the development stages of the team
- introduce team roles and explain ways to act as a responsible member of the team and influence its activities in a solution-oriented way
- develop their interaction and communication skills

Content

Characteristics and responsible practices of a good team, key interaction and self-regulation skills, team development stages and roles, group dynamics and reflection on one's own actions. Giving feedback, emotions in teamwork, bringing up issues, responding to criticism.
