- plan and resource production work phases from pre-production to post-production
- plan production taking into account sustainable development perspectives
- plan project and team information management and communications
- define the basics of budgeting and financing and obtain the information they need to build production, budget and financing
- explain production, marketing and distribution measures

Content

During the course, the students become familiar with production development, drawing up a production plan and cost estimate, leading and coordinating a working group, sustainable development in film production, digital production tools, the basics of film financing and managing the film production process.
