Objective

After completing the course, the student is able to

- define the concept of well-being at work and recognise the significance of leadership and organisational culture for well-being at work
- examine and evaluate the factors of well-being at work from the perspective of individuals, work communities and organisations operating in creative industries
- utilise topical themes of well-being at work in the development of well-being at work
- analyse and develop one's own well-being at work
