Course deals with the control rooms and human-machine interfaces (HMI) used in automation systems. After completing the course, student will:
- know principles of control room design
- be familiar with the features of control room software
- know general design principles, features and standards of HMI
- understand requirements for HMI cyber security and ergonomics
- can design and create HMI for automation system
