Osaamistavoitteet

After completing the course, the student will be able to:
• Apply and evaluate one’s field-specific knowledge in multidisciplinary research and development activities.
• Work goal-oriented both independently and as part of a project team.
• Create, operate, and communicate within networks to support project goals.
• Examine projects considering sustainable development perspectives.

Content:
- Project Work: Ideation, planning, implementation, stakeholder and network activities, communication and presentation, considering sustainable development.
- Teamwork: Roles, collaboration skills, internal communication, and operational development.
- Innovativeness: Problem-solving, initiative, working methods and techniques.
- Self-assessment and Development: Evaluating and developing one's own skills.

An innovation project is typically implemented in cooperation with an external customer. It can also be part of internal research and development activities or based on students' own projects or business ideas.
