Students practise spoken and written interaction in professional situations. Students manage routine situations in care work and are able to participate in social interaction and record care events.
Students can consider participants in an interaction situation and communicate in a structured, comprehensible manner. Students understand and are able to use expressions related to pharmacotherapy.
Students understand spoken language and have a natural pronunciation.
Students know the key grammatical structures and master the most important special structures in the care sector. Students know care work terminology.
Students can develop their Finnish language and communications skills as part of their professional competence. Students understand feedback and are able to also give it.
