Objective

Students are able to
Describe the main international and European directives, agreement and programs in mental health and substance abuse care and are able to critically reflect these with Finnish clinical practice
Recognize main actors in mental health and subtance abuse care in international and European level and realize the meaning of their activities
Critically evaluate current international trends in mental health and substance abuse care with the Finnish mental health and substance abuse service system
