The student knows how to name the most common measuring instruments and knows their purposes. The student masters the reliable use of an air piston pipette and a scale. The student knows how to handle chemicals safely. The student knows the structure, operating principle and key concepts of a spectrophotometer. The student can determine the concentration of the analyte by spectrophotometric endpoint measurement.
