Objective

After studying the course the student will be able to
- update the quality management system of the company to meet the most recent ISO9001 standard
- prepare for external audits
- create eg. supplier requirements based on company’s quality management system
- plan and conduct internal or external audits
- participate in risk management system creation according to standard ISO 31000
