Descriptions
The training is a new type of professional management training for those already working in professional life, to increase and update their skills. Work management skills training develops the student's capabilities to move from performing work to leading a work team, and to utilize their skills in a different role. The student receives basic information about materials related to production and method techniques in the construction industry. Competence is supplemented through studies related to management.
The training consists of 15 credits of theoretical studies carried out in contact classes and as blended learning e.g. on-live, followed by indicative 15 credits for the application of theory with a new implementation training program.
