Descriptions

During the studies, students will delve into health technology, digitalisation, project management, and knowledge management. The studies focus on the challenges of developing operating models in the social and healthcare sector and examines future operational environments.

After completing the studies, the student will be able to identify areas for development within the social and healthcare sector and propose possible solutions for various operational environments. They have knowledge of project management and are aware of the benefits, opportunities, and challenges of digitalization in the social and healthcare sector. Additionally, they understand the product development process in health technology and how to implement and utilize health technology in the social and healthcare sector's operational environments.

The studies can be completed while working.
The studies are offered through open university of applied sciences programs.

Objective

After completing the studies, the student will be able to identify areas for development within the social and healthcare sector and propose possible solutions for various operational environments.

They have knowledge of project management and are aware of the benefits, opportunities, and challenges of digitalization in the social and healthcare sector. Additionally, they understand the product development process in health technology and how to implement and utilize health technology in the social and healthcare sector's operational environments.

Development

The studies combine face-to-face and online-based teaching methods. They utilize both traditional in-person teaching formats and online learning environments. The class sessions can be conducted in person or remotely.

The studies are based on innovation pedagogy, encouraging students to share their knowledge within the student group. Students can learn through project-based methods, peer learning in groups, and practical work-life collaborations.
