You will get to know the higher education degree studies in social and health care, and know their most important competence demands, scope, and contents. You will understand the job descriptions and career paths of social and health care professionals. You will be able to understand and actively use the vocabulary of the field in English.

Content

Studying social and health care at higher education institutions: what are the various degrees, their scopes, and curricula like. You will also learn what it is like to work as a professional of social and health care, and what job descriptions and career paths there are. You will learn about the education and the required terminology in English. You will practice both written and spoken communication situations.
