After completing this course the student
- understands how contract knowledgte and private regulation can be used as a management tool
- is able to evaluate the usability of different types of contracts in different kind of contract relationships and as a tool of managing the value chain
- understands the functional mechanisms of private regulation
- is able to evaluate critically the different regulatory systems
