Objective

The student can

• start his/her own or a joint company – start up.
• act in different roles in the company.
• implement cooperation with companies and networking in practice.
• adapt the principles of the cooperative, entrepreneurial method of operation or the applied entrepreneurship concept.
• to support his/her business activities, search for theoretical knowledge, expert and mentor help and thus develop his/her business.
• look for funding for his/her company.
• review imports and exports as part of his/her own business.
• if necessary, issues related to a generational change in a company.
• innovatively envision his/her business.

Content

The student
• expands his/her own or joint business by benefiting the networks of TUAS and parties and actors which support entrepreneurship.
• benefits the expert and mentoring help provided by TUAS.
• develops his/her own or the joint business.
• managing a business: productisation, marketing (means of competition, e-marketing), sales, contract issues, e-commerce, economy, budgeting and pricing, financing options, obligations to authorities (taxation, social security, insurances etc.), acting as an employer, well-being and coping of entrepreneurs etc.
• looks for possible funding and export opportunities for his/her company.
• if necessary, studies at the Succession school.
• innovates the business according to new visions.
