Objective
Learning objective is to comprehend the key competence areas in residential child care work. Each learning module has own detailed learning objectives.
Content
Course consists of three (3) learning modules, which are interlinked and capture competencies, which are seen essential to high quality professional residential child care work. Course is designed partly as a self-learning with online learning mateial and with intensive week and group working in campus. The various activities in each of the Learning Modules are designed to stimulate your thinking on child protection, to reflect on challenges in working with children and youth with special needs and your own attitude, and to impart knowledge and encourage your skill development in multiple areas.
