Objective

After completing this course, the students will be able to
• analyse their strengths and development needs as a professional and entrepreneur in their field and to develop their skills in a goal-oriented manner
• apply autobiographical methods and systematic reflection to clarify their professional goals and to construct their entrepreneurial identity
• compare different business models and forms of entrepreneurship and evaluate their relevance for their own career
• create and maintain partnerships and networks to support their business development
