Objective

The student can use the juridical outlook in the business and he knows the principles and the course of actions in the juridical proceedings. The student can apply the basics of the contract law and the company law in the business. The student can make the contracts that usually are an essential part of the business. The student becomes conscious of the rights, responsibilities and risks of the contracting parties. The student learns the rules of marketing and competition.
