The student is able to explain the main features of the Finnish justice system, the basic principles of the relevant branches of law regarding business environment and the basic legal concepts recognize the central legal risks in the business environment explain the basic elements of a contract and the responsibilities of the contract explain the economic units and their functions in domestic economy estimate the effects of economic systems and business conditions on business operations recognize change trends in a society
