Objective

The goal of Professional training 1 is that students observe expertise in their field; familiarization with tasks and assignments in students’ professional field, assisting experts, observing competence needs in the field, training option abroad, determining thesis theme, expanding networks, setting professional goals for the following training period. Professional training 1 consists of intentional and goal-oriented developments of students’ competence and professional career. During the training students learn key tasks related to their professional studies and how to apply their knowledge and skills in working life. After the training students can manage their individual and professional growth according to their goals.

Content

In Optima, Completion of assignments related to the training period (before, during, and after the training) and participation in tutorials. Goal-oriented training in the training position according to the training contract.
