Objective

The goal of this training period is that students demonstrate their expertise in their field; immersion in students’ professional field, facing challenges and taking on responsibilities, participating in decision making and operation of the training organization, training option abroad, making use of networks, planning for the future, transferring to professional postgraduate level and securing a job. Professional training 2 consists of intentional and goal-oriented developments of students’ competence and professional career. During the training students learn key tasks related to their professional studies and how to apply their knowledge and skills in working life. After the training students can manage their individual and professional growth according to their goals.

Content

In Optima, Completion of assignments related to the training period (before, during, and after the training) and participation in tutorials. Goal-oriented training in the training position according to the training contract.
