After completing this course the student knows at a general and conceptual level the key concepts in emerging economies and markets is able to recognise different emerging and pre-emerging markets of the different regions of the world understands the meaning and impact of the geographical and cultural dynamics of different regions is able to construct a framework for doing business in emerging markets

Core content key concepts of emerging economies/markets; comparative views of different emerging and pre-emerging economies significance and intensity of the specific characteristics of different economies; shaping business processes based on the special characteristics of different markets key issues to be considered when planning business into different emerging markets growth of the volumes of trade and investments in the emerging markets
