The course goal is to give the student an overview of the complexities of international trade andsale transactions through informed analysis of law, legislation, and international conventions and rules.After completing this course the student:understands the principles of international commercial contractsis able to operate with all relevant documents needed in international contracts of sale, financing operations, insurance contracts, transportation and customs modalities
