Objective

The student understands the importance of being able to serve Swedish-speaking customers in Swedish. He can describe products and services in Swedish, give various types of price and product information and deal with complaints both orally and in writing. He knows the special vocabulary needed in negotiations and meetings and can express himself in a polite and efficient way. The student is able to understand various kinds of professional texts and can use Swedish sources.
