Objective

The aim of the study unit is to give the students an overall picture of insurance business so that they can work in the field. They learn the basic concepts and definitions of insurance business as well as the principles of legislation governing the field and acquire good knowledge of claims and damages. They learn how insurance companies operate. The study unit concentrates on private insurance policies.
