Objective
The course deals with the issues related to electrical installations, including the relevant regulations and instructions. After completing the course, the student:
- Explain the typical components and circuit configurations used in electrical installations, and can make simple installations independently
- Recall the requirements for electrical installation dimensioning, both for loading and protection, and apply them in electrical system design
- Recall the regulations and instructions for electrical installations and can interpret their contents
- Can explain the requirements for electrical installations commissioning, and can make related measurements
- Can communicate about electrical installations using professional terminology
