Osaamistavoitteet

This course focuses on team/project leadership and team/project performance management. The role of leadership, communication and trust in situations where change management is needed will also be discussed. After completing this course the student: knows the key theories and models explaining leadership and is able to apply the knowledge into own work is able to lead the team to effectivity and target-oriented performance is able to develop effective team also in change is able to evaluate and continuously develop his/her own leadership
