Objective
Current trends place special emphasis on people, their competences, and the competences of the entire organization. This course deals with several theories with the aim of providing a comprehensive overview of the most salient operating models and practices relating to competence management and human resource development. One of the key capabilities, and often most successful, is to learn together and develop processes and practices.After completing this course the student understands the concepts related to knowledge, competence, human capital etc. is able to link the organization's vision and stratgy with competence/talent management and development is able to evaluate individual, team and organizational knowledge and competences is able to plan and carry out human resource/competence development processes
