Objective

After a completed study unit, the student masters the working and operation of most of the machine tools and work cells commonly used in the mechanical engineering industry, and is able to program, replace and select tools and to manage the production of machine tools.

Content

the working of machining centres, multi-axis lathes, and the Flexible Manufacturing System (FMS) the techniques and programming of sheet metal centres, edging presses, and welding robot cells.
