Objective

Student has profound know-how about physical and chemical features of typical construction materials (emissions, mould index, thermal conductivity, capacity and moisture resistance vs. permeability). Student knows how to calculate U-value, thermal gradient and energy balance calculation. He/she is familiar with holistic way of thinking energy consumption/savings based on energy performance certificate. Student is aware of the building physical and chemical risks and knows how to deal with them.
