Objective

After completing the course the student cancalculate finite arithmetic and geometric sums,identify converging and diverging infinite geometric series,calculate the sum of a converging infinite geometric series,find power series for a function and utilize them in numerical calculation,determine coefficients for Fourier series expansions using mathematical computation tools
