Objective

After completing the study unit, the student:
- identify the different views and latest trends in strategic management
- define the dimensions of strategic management and their importance in business
- recognise the importance of the business environment and its changes (e.g. globalisation and digitalisation) and analyse and propose new strategic management options
- manage people in line with the strategy (SHRM)

- Models, theories and latest trends in strategic decision-making and management
- Strategy creation, implementation, evaluation and proposals for change
- Strategic human resource management
