Objective

The goal of peer tutoring is to promote student well-being in the university of applied sciences.

As a peer tutor, you will:
• network with other students and teachers
• gain experience in guidance and mentoring
• develop your pedagogical skills and teamwork abilities

Content

A peer tutor:

• supports the grouping and integration of new master’s degree students into the student community in the health and well-being sector
• provides low-threshold peer support during the early stages of studies (in the first semester)
• promotes students’ self-direction, study motivation, and commitment to their studies
