Objective

The Developmental Biology course introduces participants to the early stages of human life. It is intended for anyone interested in developmental biology and requires basic knowledge of cell biology, anatomy, and physiology.

Content

This nonstop course consists of seven parts and concludes with a multiple-choice exam graded on a pass/fail basis.

Content
In this course, also known as embryology, individual development is covered from fertilization to birth through video lectures. The course also includes sections on developmental disorders and changes during pregnancy.
At the end of the course, there is a true/false exam graded as pass/fail, with two retake opportunities.
The course is worth 2 ECTS credits.
The first part of the course includes a brief review of anatomy and physiology.
