Objective

After completing the study unit, the students will be able to:
• identify and present the main features of the regulation of public power, fundamental and human rights, local self-government and action
• identify and present the main features of the rules governing administrative procedure, the publicity of public authority activities, the system of administrative legal protection and legality control
• apply public law standards in practice and justify their decisions
• take account of ethics and responsibility in their work
