Objective

After completing the course, the student can
- Understand the principles of sustainability and responsibility in the context of project management
- Identify and analyze the environmental, social and economic impacts of projects
- Apply sustainable project management tools and methodologies in project planning and implementation
- Apply the principles of responsible management in project work
- Lead the project team using people skills to promote social sustainability
